Sheetal began her creative journey as a henna artist, mastering detailed, heritage-inspired patterns. Her artistic evolution led her to explore Hindu mythological themes, deepening both her technical skill and connection to meaningful narratives.

In 2019, a commissioned installation for a medical clinic marked a pivotal moment in her career. Through this project, she discovered the transformative power of moss as a medium—blending art, nature, and wellness into immersive, calming environments. This experience inspired her to fully dedicate her practice to moss art.
